Your memories stay yours
The personal details you share are used only to write your poem and are never saved. Each poem, and any voice recording or narration, lives on its private link for 14 days so your loved one can read and listen, then it is permanently deleted, and the link stops working. You can delete it sooner yourself. To keep a poem forever, copy the text, download the audio or save a Keepsake Print before it expires. We never use your recordings for anything else.
Optional yearly reminder: if you tick it, we email you a week before the occasion each year. For that we keep only your email, the occasion, its date and your loved one's first name — never the poem or your memories — until you tap “Stop this reminder” in any email, which deletes it for good.
